All skincare orders placed through our website are for in-store pickup only. Once your order is submitted, our orders team is notified and will place the order on your behalf directly with our brand partners. This process allows us to handle order tracking and coordination for you.
If you prefer to have products shipped directly to your home, please use the affiliate links in our main menu to place your order through each brand’s official website.
Yes, you can! At checkout, simply select “Other Payment Method” and then choose “Account Balance.” This will allow you to place your order as a pending order. Our team will then review it, confirm the details, and deduct the total from your available account balance.
If there is any remaining amount due after applying your balance, we’ll reach out directly to collect your payment information and finalize the order.
Once your order is placed, our team will place the order with the appropriate brand partner on your behalf. Shipping times vary by brand and begin after the order is submitted to the supplier — not at the time of your website checkout.

Once your products arrive at our location, we’ll contact you right away to schedule pickup. If we happen to have your item in stock, we’ll fulfill it immediately.

Product Returns + Exchanges: Unopened and unused products can be returned within fourteen days for a full refund with a receipt of purchase. After fourteen days of purchase and up to thirty days from the date of purchase, unopened and unused products are eligible for an exchange or account credit.
If you are interested in having your skincare shipped directly to you, we encourage you to use our affiliate links located in the top menu. Ordering this way allows you to create an account with Habit Med Spa as your affiliate and have products shipped straight to your door.
If you would prefer to process your order through us to use account credit or your member discount, we can make exceptions for select brands. GlyMed+, Face Reality, and iS Clinical allow us to ship directly to clients; however, please note that this removes our ability to fully track your order and manage the process on our end.
