Q: Will my products ship directly to me?
A: All skincare orders placed through our website are for in-store pickup only. Once your order is submitted, our orders team is notified and will place the order on your behalf directly with our brand partners. This process allows us to handle order tracking and coordination for you.
If you prefer to have products shipped directly to your home, please use the affiliate links in our main menu to place your order through each brand’s official website.
Q: Can I use my account balance to order product?
A: If you'd like to use your account balance for a skincare order, please contact our front desk by calling 804-491-4111 or emailing us at orders@goodskinhabit.com. Our team will create a custom promotional code that you can apply at checkout to use your balance toward your purchase.Prefer not to order online? No problem — we’re happy to place your order over the phone so your account balance can be applied directly. Just reach out and we’ll take care of the rest!
Q: How long will it take before my items are ready for pickup?
A: Once your order is placed, our team will place the order with the appropriate brand partner on your behalf. Shipping times vary by brand and begin after the order is submitted to the supplier — not at the time of your website checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times (to Habit Med Spa for pickup):
- SkinBetter Science: 3–5 business days
- Face Reality: 3–5 business days
- iS Clinical: 5–7 business days
- GlyMed Plus: 5–7 business days
Once your products arrive at our location, we’ll contact you right away to schedule pickup. If we happen to have your item in stock, we’ll fulfill it immediately.

Q: Can someone else pick up my order?
A: Yes, just email us in advance at orders@goodskinhabit.com with the name of the person picking up.
