At Habit Med Spa, we aim to make your skincare shopping experience simple and stress-free. Please review the following policies regarding product purchases and cancellations:
Order Processing
All skincare orders are processed within 5–8 business days. Because we place orders with our skincare vendors twice per week, this may occasionally extend processing times.
Product Availability
If an item you purchased becomes unavailable, a member of our team will contact you directly to offer you either:

A full refund, or

An alternative product recommendation.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of the purchase. After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, as your order may already be in processing with our vendors.
