Face Reality 5% Advanced Acne Med is a professional acne treatment designed to clear breakouts and prevent new blemishes from forming. This water-based gel contains 5% benzoyl peroxide to target acne-causing bacteria while helping unclog pores.

Benzoyl peroxide works by killing acne-causing bacteria and helping remove excess oil and dead skin cells that can clog pores and lead to breakouts. 

The formula uses Micro-Smooth Technology™, combining micronized benzoyl peroxide with soothing bisabolol and hydrating sodium hyaluronate to improve effectiveness while minimizing irritation.
